If you reside outside the New York tri-state area or prefer not to travel to the city, you can ship your lot directly to us. We accept all materials via mail, maintaining the same transparent pricing models and testing methods as in our store.
Additionally, in adherence to our in-house Anti-Money Laundering Policy and the provisions of the United States Patriot Act of 2001, Refine Max requires all customers to complete our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Form. Please contact us to receive copies of our forms.
Upon receiving your lot, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. We will contact you using the details provided on your shipping form to confirm receipt and conduct our own weight measurement. Any discrepancies in weight will be communicated to you before processing.
Upon your approval, we will proceed with the melting and assaying process. Once the analysis is complete and all impurities are removed, we will notify you of the final weight and purity. We offer various payment methods for your convenience.
